The following centres have signed agreements with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chu-lyon.fr\/fr\"><strong>HCL<\/strong><\/a> in order to facilitate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crioac-lyon.fr\/parcours-de-soin\/\"><strong>continuity of care<\/strong><\/a> :<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ugecam-ra.fr\/etablissements\/ssr-val-rosay\">Le centre du Val-Rosay<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/clinique-iris-marcy-etoile.ramsaygds.fr\/\">Le centre IRIS de Marcy l\u2019Etoile<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/clinique-iris-saint-priest.ramsaygds.fr\/\">Le centre IRIS de St-Priest<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/clinique-iris-lyon.ramsaygds.fr\/\">Le centre IRIS de Lyon<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hopital-prive-est-lyonnais.ramsaygds.fr\/vous-\u00eates-patient-pourquoi-choisir-notre-\u00e9tablissement\/soins-de-suite-et-de-r\u00e9adaptation-1\">Le Service de Soins de Suite et R\u00e9adaptation de l\u2019H\u00f4pital Priv\u00e9 de l\u2019Est Lyonnais<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.chph.org\/offre-de-soins\/1\/2-reeducation.htm\">Le Service de r\u00e9\u00e9ducation du Centre Hospitalier d\u2019Hauteville <\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hopitaux-drome-nord.fr\/annuaire-des-services\/medecine-physique-et-de-readaptation-saint-vallier\">Le Service de M\u00e9decine Physique et de R\u00e9adaptation &#8211; H\u00f4pitaux Dr\u00f4me Nord <\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Map of convalescent care homes working with CRIOAc<\/h2>\n<div>\n<div class=\"googlemapsembed\" style=\"border: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-top: 23px; width: 100%; height: 480px;\" data-url=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/d\/embed?mid=1rt8JeAqE2UV0tj3ZjC4dXuiGZCE\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cri-emphasis information\">\n<ul>\n<li>These rehabilitation centres are specialised in the rehabilitation of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crioac-lyon.fr\/qu-est-ce-qu-une-infection-osteoarticulaire\/\"><strong>BJI<\/strong><\/a> patients and are essential, especially if a complicated surgical procedure, such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crioac-lyon.fr\/prise-en-charge-chirurgicale\/\"><strong>prosthesis revision<\/strong><\/a>, is performed.<\/li>\n<li>These centres welcome patients within 7 to 10 days after surgery and help to manage <strong>orthopaedic rehabilitation<\/strong> and <strong>administer intravenous antibiotics<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Physicians of these centres are <strong>in close contact with surgeons and physicians of CRIOAc Lyon<\/strong>, and ensure follow-up care between scheduled CRIOAc Lyon appointments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For several years CRIOAc Lyon has been working closely with convalescent care homes (public or private, follow-up care and rehabilitation centres).
